A fun little short about a man who goes back in time to get even with a bully at his childhood birthday party. The main character ends up having confrontations with his parents as he tries to fix the situation at his childhood birthday. This project was a lot fun even though the wind kept blowing all the Birthday props away. The entire neighborhood was covered in birthday balloons and party favors.

A funny advertising spoof on Soaps and sitcoms. First time I ever worked with Walt Disney and a major soap star. I loved being on that sound stage.

‘Al Farooq’ follows a young Somali immigrant on his last leg financially when he stumbles across an old friend and is given a glimpse of hope, only to find out that the American dream has changed his friend. I play the role of Jeffery Owner of a small diner that the main character begs for a job. Al-Farooq was entered into the Golden Eagle Film Festival here at Cal State LA and we won two awards!!! We won Best Diversity and #1 Best Drama!

The film is about a father’s artistic skills and his perception of his own identity, as a man and as a parent. I have never worked with a director who had more passion and patients than this man. He had many obstacles in this shoot but he surpassed them and created a remarkable work of art.

A man escapes reality by entering the imaginary world of a painting to find love.

We had done a lot of outside shoots and got kicked out a park. The lead actress also got a bad case of Poison oak. It was a fun shoot and it was the first time I did a film for the Pasadena College Film Dept.

A magical Mermaid suddenly appears in a man’s (my) bathtub and teaches him not to be a sexist pig and to respect women. A good piece with well shot moments. I just wish they kept the compete scene on the beach. The Plastic fins on the mermaid kept falling apart to everybody’s amusement. (run time: 00:04:52)

A comedy spoof of an eighty’s sitcom. I was the guy in the polyester suit who thought it was still the 1970’s and want’s to do a little wife swapping. (run time: 00:13:47)

When Gracie, a thirteen year-old Fundamentalist Christian, meets Heidi, an agnostic lesbian driving back from her mother’s funeral, Gracie must find a new approach to save a soul. The Hot tube scene was interesting because the water was freezing!!!!!

A story of a girl who is preparing for her big performance amidst the pressure from her oppressive father. The Dance she performs becomes physically and spiritually cathartic in getting over the pressure of her father to be the best. I enjoyed this piece a lot because the director gave us a huge amount of freedom to explore who are characters are.
